Delete it yourself (instant)
- In the mobile app: open Profile (My PhotoAlbum) → scroll to Delete account → confirm.
- On the website: sign in, open Edit profile, then use Delete my account in the Danger zone.

Prefer we do it for you? Email snapziemail@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my PhotoAlbum account”. We verify ownership and delete within 48 hours, and confirm by email when it's done. Support contact: Uttam Shah.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, password).
- Your likes, comments, and personal collections.
- Any contact information you submitted to events.
- If you are a photographer: all of your events and every photo, section and guest record in them.
What may remain
Photos other photographers uploaded to their own events are not affected. Routine, encrypted server backups roll off automatically within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
